Clan History: The Jouten clan, Masters of Lightning, live in the Eastern Water Country in the Subachi Village. They migrated there, after their original village high in the mountains was destroyed by a giant mud slide/rock slide. Though they are not as high and as close to the Gods as they may like, the Subachi village gives more then ever. Being surrounded by the Coral and the reefs around teh island, it is hard for them to be attacked at all on their main land.
