Bloodline name:Fan Users (its also named the Wind Sythe Clan

What it does:its a clan based on temaris fan abilities

Pros:very good for far away fighting
the slashes are as strong as 2 swords jabing into you

Cons:has a short time loss so in that time makes self vaunerable

Brief history:a clan that was created after temaris death

Any jutsu you may have already come up with:
Wind Sythe Jutsu
(and ill get other temari jutsu
